I have been diagnosed with sjogrens, with possible lupus. my rheum is talking about starting methotrexate. is it a good idea to get a second opinion?

No: If you trust your dr, don't waste time shopping around. That can be a therapy of much benefit. Any generic multivitamin is about the same as all the others. Your nutrition is best obtained with vegetables, fruits, dairy, salads, nuts.
