Right eye throbbing, comes and goes randomly. right side face feels some pressure upper nose:upper cheek area. when to ophthalmologist, and she said my eyes were fine. any ideas?

Sinusitis : It could be multiple different causes but as ophthalmologist did not see any abnormalities, raised intracranial pressure is unlikely. most likely sinus related symptoms. Could be a tooth related abscess, some fungal infection can progress rapidly. Symptoms only on right side makes neck area causes less likely. I hope it is helpful.
