Gloves. Moisturizer: Protect hands at work and use moisturizer such as cerave, neutrogena norwegian formula especially on winter in northeast and midwest.

Night care: If the cracking and bleeding do not respond to daily moisturizers, a useful technique just prior to going to sleep is to slather your fingers in skin cream and then put on rubber gloves and wear them while you sleep.
