Iatrogenic cause: It could be that the propranolol, Mirtazapine or the Clonazepam could actually be causing the constipation. Another thought is that it could be their additive effects. Now, granted, these medications may be doing a lot to stabilize you so the constipation may be just a nuisance compared to the alternative! i would talk to your prescribing physician about this and see what the next step is best!

Medication should be managed by your Psychiatrist who knows your medical history. If you are not confident with your Psychiatrist please see another for a second opinion. It's a good idea to have a complete physical exam to know if you have a physical illness that is causing anxiety. Your anxiety could be helped by a Clinical Psychologist with expertise in multiple types of psychotherapy.
