Dry nose: Yes, you can put neosporin ointment in your nose. You can try vaseline, too. It's just petrolatum jelly and there aren't any drugs in it that you could react to. You might also consider using saline spray in the nose throughout the day as this will keep you nose a little more moist as you work. Saline comes in several forms, but i would recommend you consider the saline gel or spray.
