Nasal saline spray: Dry air can cause the inside of your nose to dry out, crack and bleed. It's best to moisturize the air with a humidifier, use nasal saline misting spray, or apply nasal saline gel inside your nose to help rehydrate the membranes in your nose. You might want to get checked for allergies too if the problem persists beyond the dry winter season. Make sure your furnace humidifier is working well.
