Dry Nose: Ointments or oils seal in moisture best. Creams are generally a bit lighter, while lotions moisturize the least. A hypoallergenic moisturizer will be less likely to cause irritation. Petroleum jelly works very well as a moisturizer. Make sure to use a soft tissue. Hope this helped :].

Try gold bond: Blowing your nose often can lead to break down of skin. Try using hand moisturizer gold bond in the nose. Use only fresh kleenex and use the aloe kind. If it is allergies try antihistamine to dry up nose.
