Options available: I would recommend a combination of a nasal steroid spray, like Flonase or nasonex, (mometasone) and an antihistamine like Claritin or zyrtec. This combo should significantly reduce mucus production in nose and sinuses as well as sinus headaches. If not better in 2 weeks should see a nose/sinus specialist for a full evaluation and sinus ct scan. More info at www.Socalsinus.Com.
