Move the fingers: After a fracture, gentle resumption of finger motion is important for rehabilitation of the hand. Open and close the fingers, making a fist, against air if your doctor has said that the fracture is healing. Don't try to strengthen the hand for at least another 2 weeks. At 8 weeks after a fracture, if your doctor gives the green light, it is is time for forceful use of the hand.

Once given the GREEN: Light from your provider for gentle motion start with putting and gripping the club.A stress ball that is small also helps with grip. Begin with putting and then progress to chipping once you are cleared for full force. Finally when your strength is back begin driving the ball but don't go and hit 300 balls start with 50.
