Reactive LN?: It is not unusual for a person to have occasional reactive lymph nodes that enlarge in response to infections and inflammation. Nodes in that area can react to dental or oral problems. Piercings that are removed often or irritated can cause this. It could also be a deep cyst, an enlarged salivary gland, and other things. You should get it checked.
