I made an us and found a hypervascular thyroid nodule. they found also mildly prominent submandibular lymph nodes bilaterally. on the left the node measures 5mm and on the right the node measures 6 mm. what are the nodes and should i worry on them?

Are they talking about the glands (submadib) or lymph nodes. Need to see US report and you to be able to help.Discuss with the Dr who ordered the US as they possess info we do not have.
