Those lymph nodes could be normal if you recently had a viral infection or Covid-19 vaccination. Reactive lymph nodes are big, sometimes tender and they are common with viral illnesses or post Covid- 19 vaccination and they will get smaller by time. If the nodes are present without a triggered event, biopsy is indicated.
