High blood pressure: I see you have an anemia, rapid heart rate & thyroid problems. All these may be interrelated and you also may have high blood pressure. It's a good idea to see first your primary care who can put things together and start treating you . He may refer you to a cardiologist as well.

Atherosclerosis : It sounds like they have found evidence of narrowing of the blood vessels in your leg. The process that leads to blocked arteries in the heart (heart attack) can also happen in other arteries including those in the legs. Make sure you do indeed see the cardiologist.
