Need more info: There are conditions related to the vascular system that cause pain when extremities are exposed to cold water or air but not clear if that is the case here or if any temperature of liquid will cause the symptoms. Potentially medication could be playing a role. It is abnormal and should be further investigated. Start with your provider to get started.
