Viral infection: You have a viral infection on your fingers called herpetic whitlow. It will eventually go away without tratment in most cases. If it is painful you can make an appointment with your family doctor or a dermatologist. They can open these bumps for you so they won't get a bacterial infection. They can prescribe specific antiviral medication to help resolve the painful bumps quicker.
