Need to see: Rash is very difficult to diagnose without physical examination and knowing more about the history. A typical cause for persistent rash, particularly on the back of hands and between fingers, with severe itch and small clear vesicles; is dyshidrotic eczema. This is difficult to treat, but the strategy is similar to eczema (avoid irritants, moisturize, topical steroid, etc).
