Headaches Treatment: Stress during exams is very common in college. If you have headaches the only pain relievers that would be recommended would be those that would not make you drowsy such as acetamenophen (tylenol) or Ibuprofen (motrin) or some other nonsteroidal antiinflammatory such as naprosyn (naproxen) (aleve). Most other pain relievers could cause drowsiness which is not good during exams.

Bring with you some: Tylenol (acetaminophen) or motrin, granola bars and water bottle so u don't starve. Take the meds as needed and eat before taking the test and during testing to prevent drop in sugar . Take care!

Motrin: Sorry, those exams suck. If it were me, i would try taking about 800mg of Ibuprofen with a cup of coffee and an otc Pepcid (famotidine) (10mg) to prevent heartburn. Let me know how well it works. Good luck.
