Does it matter if i use my right arm for blood pressure measurements? last three measurements: 110/87, 118/85, 121/86.

Arm bp: The blood pressure should be similar in both arms. If you see a difference of more than 10mm hg systolic (top number) this can be a sign of vascular (blood vessel) issue.

Family practice : It shouldn't matter which arm is used for the BP reading. However if there is a significant difference in readings there may be a problem.
