If i am not bothered by my own snoring and feel well rested, should i care about the snoring?

Yes: Snoring is not just noise pollution! snoring can also be a sign of sleep apnea, which can lead to daytime fatigue, high blood pressure, heart disease, cardiac arrythmias, and sudden death. This issue can easily be evaluated by an ENT (ear, nose, throat) doctor.

Cardiovascular dz: Emerging data is suggesting that snoring alone has been shown to be an independent risk factor for carotid artery atherorsclerosis. Snoring should always be tested to rule out sleep apnea.

Snoring: Snoring is but one of the signs of sleep apnea. Though you say you are well rested, without a sleep study, it is not possible to know your oxygen level is below 90% while sleeping. Lack of oxygen puts one at an increased risk of heart attack, stroke, diabetes as well as other medical conditions.
