None: Your cornea cannot "detach". Your retina can. There are many diseases that can affect the way your cornea can look such as scar tissue or swelling in your cornea. If one of your eyes looks odd, see an eye doctor and get it checked out.

?: You cannot have a detached cornea. If you have had, what is called, a lamellar corneal transplant, you could have a detachment of the tissue inside the eye. If you have not had prior corneal surgery, then what you suggest is not possible. See an ophthalmologist for an exam if your eye "looks odd".
