If one eye has weird flasher, but no loss of vision, is it a detached retina.. husband is seeing flasher in one eye & im concerned! would that be a symptom on its own? he has also suffered from bad migraines his whole life, is this from the headache?

If this is truly focal and unilateral, involving but one eye and not the other, this is not caused by migraine. See an ophthalmologist and get this addressed ASAP.
