I'm worried about my eyes, my right eye seems bigger that the other one, and i noticed it like 3 weeks ago. but my vision is fine no changes.

Exophthalmos?: Hi. Unilateral exophthalmos (eye sticking out) and/or proptosis (eyelid retracted) can be a manifestation of a thyroid disease called Graves' disease, or other tumors or infiltrative conditions behind the eyeball. Please see an ophthalmologist (MD who diagnoses and treats eye diseases...different than an optometrist, who prescribes glasses).
