Swollen lymphnodes left side of nexk for 3 years. drs can't find anything. what else can it be?

I wonder why?: Enlarged nodes are either due to infection/inflammation or cancer. If they are increaswing in size then a biopsy can help determine the nature or cause of their enlargement. If they are small(less than 1cm) and not growing in size at all, then they can be left alone as they are likely to be benign.
