CBT: If you find yourself just ruminating without a symptom basis - consider cognitive behavioral therapy. If you do in fact have significant symptoms - get it checked out medically - but still look into cognitive behavioral therapy.

See below: You are 20 year old; it is highly unusual to have both lung and esophageal cancers. I would not recommend ct scans for work up in someone so young; there are risks associated with radiation exposure.
