Cancer is not common at the age of 31. See your doctor for a physical. A good primary care doctor will consider the body and emotions.

It seens you have Cancer Phobia based on several people close to you have passed.Based on your vague symptoms at age of 31,it is very very unlikely that you have any kind of cancer.Having said that get yourself checked by your Doctors and take care of yourself after your Doctor's advise.
