Neuropathy: Usually it's at the tips of the toes and slowly the burning tingling can affect the bottom soles of the feet. It can still occur to the top and sides of the feet, but usually it's the tips of the toes that are the first signs of neuropathy. I hope this helps!

Burning: Most commonly found to bottom of foot but fairly high to top of foot as well. In short both. Hope this helps.
