Burning sensation in my toes , it happens on and off...but more frequently of late, it's only present on two toes on my right foot?

Need testing: Burning in your toes could signify a problem with your nerve endings called neuropathy. Consider getting your blood sugar tested, as neuropathy related to diabetes is common.. Could be mechanical and something called a neuroma -- nerve bundle at the web spaced between those 2 toes is irritated. Wider toebox shoes and anti-inflammatories (ibuprofen, naproxen, etc) could help.
