Yes: Like most viruses, hpv infections are typically "clinically silent"-that is, patients are unaware they even have the disease, because they have absolutely no reason to believe they are even infected. Thus, a person with the virus but no symptoms may transmit the hpv to a partner, and the partner may very well then show clinical evidence of the disease in the form of genital warts.

Yes possible: Most of the time hpv virus will have exophytic growth , developing warts, some times stay dormant, no warts but person can transmit to other by regular contact. In females genital hpv infection may lead to cervical cancer, quadrivalent vaccination is recommended. Both you you see your doctor to to eradicate.
