Yes: Low or non-fat greek yogurt is a good choice for a post-workout food, as it is a good source of protein and calcium. But if you eat the varieties with flavors, watch the overall calories, as they often have sugars which contribute to your overall calorie count.

Yes: Greek yogurt is an excellent snack and can contain 2x the amount of protein than regular yogurt. Protein, though, is just one important part of a post-workout snack. After intense workouts, you will also want to replace carbohydrates, fluids and sodium. Chocolate milk actually is quite an effective post-workout snack that includes healthy combo of protein and carbohydrates.
