Yes: Greek yogurt is an excellent snack and can contain 2x the amount of protein than regular yogurt. Protein, though, is just one important part of a post-workout snack. After intense workouts, you will also want to replace carbohydrates, fluids and sodium. Chocolate milk actually is quite an effective post-workout snack that includes healthy combo of protein and carbohydrates.
