Not likely: Pain that exactly reproduces with direct pressure is likely a focal problem—irritated muscle or trigger point, fractured rib, torn muscle, etc. Neck problems more likely to cause neck/arm symptoms, stumbling, loss of coordination in hands, numbness/weakness, dropping objects. Unlikely to cause pain on pressure. Ps—highway 50/65 driving could also cause this . . . Go mizzou!
