What could right flank pain under back rib? when i push in with fingers its sore seems to ache some during day and even some into my back area. been going on for two months

Need more Info: This could be any number of problems from degenerative arthritis of the spine to kidney problems like a kidney stone or infection. You need a complete workup including history, physical exam, your urine checked for blood or infection, possibly x-rays or possibly a ct with contrast. Other things may need to be checked depending on what turns up.
