What and where does the pain feel like from problems with the spleen. can it ever be a burning/pinching sensation. and does it make the ribs sore to touch? my abdomen is hurting but not sore when touched but have some rib tenderness and back pain.

Spleen: Splenic discomfort would occur in the left upper abdomen, but in the absence of an enlarged,injured or tender spleen, it would be an unusual symptom. I assume you've had no trauma to the rib cage or upper abdomen and don't have infectious mononucleosis. If your current symptoms have been present for only a few days, observe for a rash as shingkes would be a consideration.
