But, if you change your eating habits like this you will be less hungry and more healthy: 1. 60% of the calories you consume should be proteins. 2. Eating six small meals rather than three large ones. 3. Eating immediately upon awaking 4. Limiting your calories to 1500 to 1800 per day. 5. Exercising with moderate heart rate at least 20 minutes/day.
