Asthma: This sounds like uncontrolled asthma. Do you have nasal allergies too? You need to see an asthma specialist, such as an allergist or pulmonologist to get it under control. Your current inhaler may not be sufficient to control it.

Cannot diagnose: You really need to see a pulmonary doctor soon, and perhaps an allergist. This needs a full detailed evaluation and management. Please do not neglect this before it becomes more severe.
