When i had my 2nd c-sec docs found 2 dermoid cysts. i had 1 removed as they couldn't find the other. do they go away by themselves! should i be worrie?

No-Yes: How could they find 2 and then not the other one? They don't go away by themselves. Follow up with regular visits and ultrasounds.
