i had my right overy removed due to a dermoid cyst. what are the possibilities of my left one getting a cyst?

Increased: Once you have a dermoid cyst in one ovary, you are at increased risk to get another dermoid cyst. You do not need to get your ovary removed for a dermoid cyst. They can just remove the cyst and leave the rest of the ovary in most cases.
