A member asked:

Is normal tachycardia fatal? which tachycardia is fatal?

A doctor has provided 1 answer

It all depends on : Heart rate, but sinus tachycardia rarely goes over 150. Atrial tachycardia is more serious because it can go up to 200, but it usually does not progress to cardiac arrest. Ventricular tachcardia is more serious because it can progress to cardiac arrest in a few seconds.
