Yes, mild: Mild tachycardia is common in later stages of pregnancy. Your obstetrician should monitor you routinely. If you are concerned that your heart rate is often too high, please discuss with your ob/gyn.

Not uncommon: In pregnancy but talk to your OB & get an ekg to verify it is sinus tachycardia & not an arrythmia.
