My opinion: Just reviewing the little info about you, i will say that you have a high probability of not having coronary artery disease. With the caveat that I have not done a complete history and physical on you. Anxiety and acid reflux can give you pressure chest pain like. Stress management techniques may help you too. Endoscopy to r/o esophagitis /h.Pylori. Continue close physician follow ups.

Highly likely: If high-quality scans were performed and interpreted accurately, the likelihood of having significant coronary artery disease is low, especially if one of the stress tests was nuclear myocardial perfusion. However, a complete history and physical, appropriate laboratory workup and evaluation of risk factors is the basis for any decisions about risk. Please ask the same question of your dr.
