Is a gran mal seizure anything to fear i had 2 when i was 16 in my sleep im 30 now and for some reason i am fearing it and its ruling my life?

Most likely no more: Check with your doctor regarding whether you need to be on medications. If your brain imaging and eeg are normal and you are otherwise healthy, the chances that you will experience any more seizures are small (but not impossible). If your seizures were due to a transient cause that was removed (infection, medication effect), chances of having seizures now is very low. A repeat eeg will help.
