Had a seizure when i was 16 im 30 now and still take dilantin but its always low how do i get over the fear that i could have another one ?

See a neurologist: Fears about another seizure are valid and can be lessened by seeing your neurologist. He or she can do some additional studies to determine your need for dilantin.
