Abdominal pain: Since your pain has escalated you should see your physician. Lower abdominal pain that radiates to (or from) your back could be appendicitis. Other issues like a ruptured ovarian cyst could cause similar pain, but it is important to look at your appendix now!

What you should do: Is see a doctor. It could be any of the 100's of conditions that can cause rlq abdominal pain, including appendicitis. You might need emergency surgery. Get to a doctor fast.
