Doctor visit needed: Left lower abdominal pain is often serious as the appendix is in that area. If the appendix ruptures it is a surgical emergency. You do not want to let this type of pain go on without a physical evaluation to rule out an appendix that is getting infected. Why put up with dull pain.? Need to get an exam, labs and local physicians opinion on why you are having this painful condition.
