You may have: SPINAL STENOSIS (depending upon your age which is not stated with your question! This is a narrowing of your spinal canal due to degenerative arthritis of the lumbosacral spine! Check this possibility out with your PCP...BTW if you are under 40 years of age get a Gynecological check up!

Severe abdominal and lower back pain after bowel movements. It was a dull ache beforehand but after going it's gotten gradually worse.
For 8 weeks now dull ache on and below lowest left rib into left flank and lower left back. Feels inflamed not sore to touch. Worse w/activity and sitting. Ruled out cardiac & GI issues other than mild gastritis. Doc is stumped. Any ideas?
