Hi is there anything i can do for osteo arthritis in the knee nothing seems to help i have had shots but dr says he can't give me anymore the pain is?

Surgery: If you have bone on bone arthritis that has failed conservative management such as rest, activity modifications, anti-inflammatories, cortisone injections and viscosuplimentation (synvisc, supartz), then the only other reliable option is for a total knee replacement.

Maybe: Sometimes the arthritis has advanced to a stage where no conservative therapy is helpful and knee replacement surgery is needed. If it has not been tried before injectable lubricants may help if the arthritis is not severe.
