Sodium. good for your heart/bp or bad? i've heard varying reports saying there is no evidence that a low sodium diet is good. so, which is it?

Diet: Low sodium diet is good in hypertensives or those with that as a familial risk. In those same patients an increased potassium in the diet is also good.
