Drug: If drug allergy, unlikely the rash wouldn't be constant and generalized. If it is, then drug reaction probability rises.

Hello. When I take the metoprolol succinate 25mg tab, around 5-7 hours later the skin on my back and stomach feels like its burning or itchy (I dont scratch) but there is no rash. Is this common or cause for concern? Thank you?
