Just an estrogen: Transamine is for clotting problems. Cyprodiol is just an estrogen, which may regularize menses, but won't help the basic problem of Insulin resistance. To correct that you need diet, exercise and weight loss. Metformin can often regularize periods and even restore fertility in many women. Other drugs are available for high testosterone or to increase fertility. See your doctor.
