Did it go down: If the rock made it into the stomach it should pass through within 3-4 days. If the kid can drink fluids now without problems it made it down. If the rock has some rough edges, feeding the kid stewed okra will end up wrapping the rock in a soft cover so it can slide through easier. If the kid is having colicky belly pain have her seen.
