None: There is no toothpaste that is safe to swallow really. It is best to use a tiny, tiny amount on your daughter's toothbrush, and encourage her to spit it out when finished instead of swallowing.

Lok for fluride free: It is good to get in and start working on baby teeth before they get attitude( & refuse to cooperate). Under 3, we like to avoid fluride containing products. Babies need to learn to spit these out rather than swallowing them & building up xs fluride in their body. Baking soda was a common standby years ago but is a bit abrasive. There are dozens of baby toothpastes avaiable under many brand names.

Generally no: Generally, you don't want to swallow toothpaste, .. A little amount that you can't help when brushing infants is okay, use ada approved toothpastes for children, check to see if you have fluoridated water your community (1ppm), and you should be fine.
